The Courtesy Auto team is dedicated to keeping your vehicle at its best. Our expert technicians provide fast, convenient, and above all, high-quality service to ensure your vehicle’s safety and performance.
Our team consists of seven dedicated professionals—three in sales and service management, and four skilled automotive technicians. Our ASE-certified technicians bring expertise and experience to every repair and service. At Courtesy Auto Service, ongoing training is a priority. Our staff completes extensive training and continues to stay up to date with the latest advancements in automotive technology.

We offer a full and complete line of auto repairs, diagnostic work and maintenance services for your car or light truck. Our facility can also service light commercial vehicles for maintenance, repairs and tires.

Our Services
Courtesy Auto of Tacoma takes care of all your car’s needs. We provide routine maintenance, vehicle repair, and tires.
We sell primarily Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly tire brands but should you prefer Michelin, Bridgestone or any other brand of tire, we can accommodate your needs at a very competitive price.
FINANCING OPTIONS & WARRANTIES
We offer Credit Terms through the Goodyear Credit Card plan with financing options, INTEREST FREE, up to 6 months. We also have other CREDIT PLANS available through Snap Financial. These credit options can be applied for in store and securely online and you will receive a very quick credit decision.
We are a Goodyear Tire and Service Network Facility–that means that your services are warranted Nationwide for at least 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, at any Goodyear Tire and Service Network facility. Many services and products are warranted for even longer at over 2000 locations nationwide. This assures you peace of mind as you travel on pleasure or business, or if you relocate.

We are located at the Tacoma Mall, where you can have your vehicle serviced while you shop. You’ll find us directly across the parking lot from Macy’s, just west of Kohl’s and Jersey Mike’s, and just northwest of the new Tacoma Mall Village addition.
