Review: I have used Courtesy Auto Service for over five years for all my car service needs. I drive a Mini Cooper, my wife has a Land Rover and my kids have a Honda and a late model Mercury. The mechanics go out of their way to do a thorough, but cost conscious job of preventative maintenance and repair. The ownership and the counter staff are friendly and open. Use these guys, they'll take good care of you.

Summary: Service You Find Anywhere Else

Review: I seriously called every establishment that sells tires in the seattle/tacoma/lakewood/lacey/olympia area, and nobody could come close to beating the guys at Courtesy Goodyear. One of the employees at Courtesy actually told me what I should look for as I shopped around at other places. Who does that?! In the end, their prices were the best. Not only that, but if you find an item or service less expensive somewhere else, they will match that price. The awesome employees at Courtesy are dedicated to the customer, a rare thing these days, and I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else!

Summary: New tires needed thanks to Scott's team!I

Review: I had the pleasure of taking my vehicle in for normal servicing and the team at Courtesy alerted me to the need to replace my tires that were on their last tread. I have had my oil changed elsewhere two times this year and not a single time did those service providers say a thing about my tires. With the rain and the slick roads in Seattle, this is vital that I have the best tires as I traverse the seattle territory for my job. Thanks Scott for taking such a holistic approach to my vehicle. I am looking forward to seeing you all again in 3 months!

Summary: Most honest mechanics I know and they do the best work.

Review: I started going to Courtesy Auto Service and Tire of Tacoma because of the convenient location and I have continued to use them because of their honesty and customer service. I have been a customer of theirs for years now. I drive 30 minutes to go to Courtesy Auto even though there is another auto shop right by my house.

They are always honest and I like the service I get. I can trust that they will take care of my car and not try to up-sell me on something. They have done everything from oil changes and tune-ups to brakes and 2 sets of tires for me. I had a couple issues but they corrected them with no problem. They always take care of everything.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic and you are on a budget, then go to Courtesy Auto. They will tell you what work should be done first, for safety reasons, and what can wait. They are the most honest mechanics I know and they do the best work I've ever had done. They are fair and they work with you.

Summary: I've always had good experiences, that is why I keep going back.

Review: They have always been helpful and honest at Courtesy Auto Service and Tire. My car has always run well after their service. They listen to my concerns. I have been using them since Scott has been in business.

They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They are truly concerned for their customers. They will recommend things that need to be done, and tell me things that don't need to be done. That is why they are very trustworthy. My 2 cars they service are always running well.

Review: I have been with Courtesy Auto Service since at least 2006. In that time, I have spent between $2,000 and $3,000 having several vehicles repaired. They have always done a good job.

They have done a lot of mechanical repairs for me. I had a truck with electrical problems and a 91 Baretta with a broken fuel pump and computer problems. They got both of those vehicles working. Overall, it has been a very positive experience working with Courtesy Auto Service. They are friendly and cordial, and the quality of work is top-notch.

Summary: Had brakes checked

Review: Courtesy took above the call of duty steps to ensure I didn't need to wait for my car. In my world my time is literally my money and that is huge. Thanks to Scott and Bob for their great service.

They also found a nail in a sidewall which at high speeds is very dangerous but then told me not to change all my tires which is very honest. Will definitely be going back.

Review: Who ever said you can't have quality service and courtesy in an Auto Repair center. Courtesy Auto stands behind their work, offer shuttle service, and gets us back on the road. None of us like being inconvenienced by a broken down car, so take your vehicle in for prompt and quality service, without reservation. They did not have enough "stars" for me to highlight but they go beyond...Thank you Scott, Bob and Crew!
